ARDC Australia Experience: A social Learning Strategy
What is the Program?
We develop and execute business social learning programs by sharing experience and knowledge through moving people in Australia. Under this program, executives from many countries have the opportunity to visit renowned financial institutions, universities, corporations, manufacturing factories, farms, local governments, and SMEs in Australia and gain insights into the working environment. This program can be tailored for 5 to 12 days based on group requirements. All our programs are tailor-made, and we are more than happy to consult you on the various opportunities that match the need of each individual group. Our social learning services are designed for companies, public institutions and organizations that are looking to learn Australian culture and working environment. We provide full services including travel arrangements, accommodations, arranging Australian companies for experience sharing and sightseeing.
Sample 5 days ARDC Australia Experience program
Day 1: In-house seminar about the Australian economy and working culture
Several times winner of world’s no 1 livable city Melbourne – walking tour.
Day 2: Workshop on Australian Banking operation (Based on the executive group needs)
Day 3: Exploring the Australian Local Government
Day 4: Great Ocean Road trip (A social welfare project) and local agricultural firms visit.
Day 5: Exploring Australian Leading Universities(Based on the executive group needs)
How much does it cost for 5 days program?
Economy Package: A group size of 10 would cost AUD 3500 (approx) per person in a 2-star accommodation (excluding airfare, visa cost, and meals).
Comfort package: A group size of 10 would cost AUD 5500 (approx) per person in a 4-star accommodation and including meals (excluding airfare, visa cost).

Basic Management Training: This Skills Development Program (SDP) is designed for supervisors and mid-level managers. The objectives of this training program are to change the attitudes and behaviors of supervisors’ in order that they gain competency-based skills to reduce disputes between supervisors and workers.

Management by Leadership: This Skills Development Program (SDP) is designed for the mid-level manager and senior executives in order to understand the value of Leadership in Management. The training program will give participants an in-depth understanding of important leadership and supervision concepts and equip them to be effective leaders and supervisors in the RMG sector. Participants will be trained to avoid passive and/or authoritarian leadership styles and alternative understand and adopt a relational leadership style which will facilitate the goals of the company and fulfill the needs and interests of staff. The participant will be trained to use positive reinforcement in their supervisory work.

Team Building: This Skills Development Program (SDP) is designed for supervisors and mid-level managers. The objective of this training program is to highlight the “side effect” of building teamwork skills that can help improve employee performance and productivity at the office.
